OH! Makanlah Pre maintenance-phase 3

phase 3- pre maintenance, makan dan makan lagi,..sehingga capai berat yg ditarget.
sebelum ni myoliza target berat berapa,...48kg kerr,..
haiyo kurus kering laa kan,,..skrg pun dh dpt berat ideal,55kg...BMI
so skrg cuma add more carbs dlm daily menu
can add up to 10g-20g of carbs
utk capai ACE and CCL,..either maintain or gain weight if add more carbs..
so need to monitor for 1 months,..mcm trial and error gak
adjust sendiri laa,..dgn makanan2 baru, food listed kat phase 3 nii
mcm pisang, whole grain,oat.
setiap org tahap critical carbo and tahap keseimbangan carbo tak sama

breakfast
lunch kt sogo~pari bakar+kacang pjg&baby kailan stirfry+sejemput nasi ;D
rm10 sahaja,..hohoho mahal ker murah ni, ;D


dinner~sardin panfried&kobis & bunga kobis strifry

menu 04.07.2010

lunch ~barley+taugeh+3kerisi goreng

dinner~sup sayur+2kerisi panfried

menu 05.07.2010

breakfast:barley+pisang+2scramble eggs

lunch~ayam sambal+kacang panjang+sayur taugeh

dinner~barley+2kerisi panfries+sayur campur stirfry
